Senior Building Surveyor

My client is an award–winning multi–disciplinary practice and is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our team. The role involves delivering high–quality surveying services, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of our Building Surveying team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture client relationships, driving business growthLead tender submissions and secure new projectsMentor and supervise junior staff and graduate surveyorsProvide expert advice on building surveying mattersPrepare technical and financial reports, ensuring high–quality outputIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across the practiceMaintain compliance with company policies, RICS standards, and health & safety regulations Requirements:

MRICS status preferred, with minimum 3 years PQE – Or a candidate nearing the completion of the MRICS qualStrong technical expertise in building surveyingExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsResilient, adaptable, and detail–orientedAccess to a vehicle and a clean driving licenseHybrid Role

Salary – 45,00 to 60,000 (DOE)

Location – Orpington
