Business Development Manager – Foodservice
North East London or South West London (Zones 1–5)
£32,000 - £38,000 + Bonus + Expenses
An established and growing Food Manufacturer is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across the London hospitality market.
This is a field-based role focused on developing new business and maximising existing accounts across restaurants, hotels, leisure venues, sporting venues and event caterers.
The Role
You will be responsible for growing sales across London Zones 1–5, promoting a premium food, and building long-term relationships with hospitality customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets
* Proactively identify and secure new foodservice customers
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
* Introduce premium products to increase account spend and profitability
* Follow up warm leads provided by the internal sales team
* Build strong, long-term customer relationships
* Provide accurate forecasts and sales reporting
* Represent the business at trade shows and industry events
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience selling into the foodservice or hospitality sector / Experience as a Chef
* Passionate about food, with a strong xjnqpsq commercial mindset
* Based in North East or South West London, with good transport access
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident communicating with customers
* Able to work independently and as part of a wider sales team
