Desirable attributes:

* Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt

* Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)

* Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on mindset

Why Join This Company?

* Vertically integrated operation offering autonomy and variety

* Tight-knit, non-corporate culture where your input drives real change

* Work alongside a highly skilled team and contribute directly to quality improvements

* Opportunities for development into more technical or leadership roles

Who Should Apply?
