A global food manufacturer in Cambridgeshire are on the hunt for a new Quality Manager to join a highly successful Technical team. This is a new role in the business and a real chance for you to make a difference!
They supply the highest quality products into some of the biggest retailers in the country. If you can maintain top standards and manage a Quality team, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the QA team to maintain strong performanceSupport the continuous improvement and effective implementation of the site Quality Management SystemEnsure full compliance with food safety legislation, customer requirements, and internal quality standardsProvide day–to–day QA support on the factory floorSupport the HACCP teamAssist with internal audits, including GMP, hygiene, and traceabilitySupport the preparation and delivery of BRC and customer auditsManage non–conformances and root cause investigations to prevent recurrenceOversee product holds, releases, rework processes, and related documentationSupport the investigation of customer complaints and help implement corrective actionsPromote a strong food safety and quality culture across the siteWhat they are looking for:
Quality Manager experience in a Food Industry/FMCG environmentClear evidence of developing Quality teamsPrevious experience working with retailerAbility to work with other departments to achieve a common goalThis is a great opportunity for a Quality Manager to grow their skillset and further their career.
