Quality Manager

Description

Insight Executive Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a global FM service provider who are looking for a Quality Manager to work on their healthcare contract in Berkshire. This is a full-time permanent role with a starting salary of GBP65k with an ASAP start.

The successful Quality Manager will be responsible for:

the management of all processes (existing and developing new) to ensure best practise and industry standards are reflected in the way the contract delivers hard and soft facilities management servicesdevelop long term strategic relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure that processes are optimised and quality procedures are in place for each service lineproviding confidence in quality procedures to the SPV Client and NHS Trustcontract teams and cross functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of all contract deliverables according to best practice and customer needs whilst ensuring the overall profitability and ongoing retention of client business is maintainedacting as contract champion for quality control and assurance proceduresleading performance reviews with service leads and the General Manager, taking on board any issues or queries raised and offering process driven solutions for service leads to implement and own operationally carrying out audits as identified on all quality systems and provide written report on findings of such to all key stakeholders, with particular focus on ongoing suitability and effectiveness

The successful Quality Manager will be able to demonstrate:

recognised quality management assurance certificate for (minimum) Practitioner Grade 2

knowledge and application of ISO 9001:2015 and awareness of sector specific guides in work environment

recognised ISO 9001 Internal Auditors course (or working towards)

the ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines
