The Role
As a Quality Control Inspector working night shifts, you'll be responsible for:
Verifying parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies against engineering drawings and customer specificationsCompleting inspection records with full traceabilitySupporting production with batch verification and FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports)Identifying and escalating non-conformancesParticipating in continuous improvement and new product introduction planning What We're Looking For
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specificationsExperience inspecting precision components and using inspection gaugesFamiliarity with CMM operation and sheet metal/fabricated partsHND or equivalent qualificationStrong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsAerospace experience is a plus but not essential Desirable Extras
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Javelin)Awareness of MSA, NDT, SPC, ISO/ASME standardsCMM programming ability Why Apply?
