The Role

As an FMCG Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and driving multiple projects across departments. Communicate progress, risks, and changes clearly to all stakeholders.

Provide weekly project updates, highlighting delays and mitigation plans.

Manage packaging and sample requests to support key customer accounts.

Organise deliveries of packaging supplies and samples within budget.

Support market reviews, benchmarking, and packaging sustainability initiatives.

Ensure accurate product data is available to support online retail listings.

About You

You'll also bring:

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent organisational and time–management abilities.

A proactive, solution–focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of packaging materials and retail print processes (advantageous).

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in FMCG or retail project management preferred.

PRINCE2 certification (advantageous but not essential).

Why Join?

You'll be part of a collaborative and passionate team, working on exciting projects with leading brands in the FMCG sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in project management while contributing to the successful launch of innovative products.
