Remote with regular travel to Brackley/Manchester–based office

GBP40K – GBP45K Commission & Car Allowance

We re working with a well–established and growing signage business that is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of large–scale signage projects from initial brief through to final sign–off.

Reporting directly into a senior operational leader, the Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, and completion of multiple signage projects.

The Role

Defining client requirements, project scope, and objectivesSupporting clients with technical specifications and solutionsPlanning, implementing, and managing detailed project timelinesCreating and maintaining full project plans and task schedulesAttending site meetings and carrying out site surveys as requiredRaising accurate additional works and snagging requestsResponding to quotation and variation requestsCoordinating internal teams and liaising across multiple departmentsManaging snagging, extras, and evolving client requirementsOverseeing project sign–off and compiling documentation for invoicingEnsuring compliance with health & safety policies and equipment careAttending and presenting at both client–facing and internal meetingsMaintaining flexibility and supporting wider business needs when requiredThe Ideal Candidate

This role would suit a Project Manager with a signage background, ideally within architectural projects

Proven project management experience within the signage industryStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesA professional, positive, and customer–focused approachConfidence working with both internal teams and external clientsFlexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlinesA proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mileStrong negotiation, listening, and presentation skillsSolid IT skills: Adobe Illustrator experience is a bonusAbility to read and interpret building and technical drawingsSalary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to GBP45K and is dependent on experience. Plus, benefits including commission, car allowance, remote working available, excellent private pension scheme, competitive holiday allowance, and much more. This is a full–time position.
