North West London 28,000 – 30,000 DOE Permanent Monday–Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Team Leader to join a growing and ambitious food manufacturing business. This role is ideal for an experienced Team Leader or Senior Line Leader looking to take the next step in their career within a fast–paced production environment.

Working alongside the Production Supervisor, you will lead a small team while supporting the manufacture and packing of high–quality food products. The successful candidate will be hands–on, quality–focused, and passionate about driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a small production teamTrain and develop operatorsEnsure products are manufactured to specification and quality standardsMonitor production performance and KPIsComplete production records and quality checksMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and housekeepingSupport continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:

Previous Team Leader or Senior Line Leader experience within food manufacturingExperience managing teams of 3+ peopleStrong communication and organisational skillsKnowledge of SOPs, quality standards, and health & safety proceduresBasic Microsoft Office skillsLevel 2 Food Safety & Hygiene (desirable)What's on Offer:
