Position: Production Team Leader

Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing

Hourly Rate: From 18.19

Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday – Thursday)

What You'll Do:

As a Production Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our operations, guiding your team towards achieving production goals. You will:

Lead, motivate, and develop a high–performing production teamImplement LEAN manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and productivityUtilise your digital knowledge to streamline processes and improve outputEnsure the highest standards of quality and safety are metCollaborate with other departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Proven experience as a team leader in a production environmentStrong knowledge of LEAN principles and practisesFamiliarity with digital tools and technologies relevant to productionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive attitude and the ability to problem–solve effectively
