Requirements as a Production Team Leader

Work on an automated Production line to ensure the manufacture of products and meets established QA ExpectationsMonitoring machinery and reporting issues Make manufacturing adjustments and working to 5s principlesQuality testing of certain batches, reporting any issues that may ariseWorking with SCADA and PLC machines in a state of the art facility

Roles and responsibilities of a Production Team Leader

The production of high–quality products operating production machineryOverseeing a small team of circa 3–6 operators Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S's housekeeping and environmental managementOperations of a range of machines as part of a multi–skilled teamFull UK Driving Licence needed due to location of site
