About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key part in keeping the factory running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll oversee the production area, support the team on shift, and ensure that targets, quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensuring production lines are stocked with the correct materials

* Allocating daily tasks and providing direction to production staff

* Escalating machine breakdowns and ensuring issues are resolved quickly

* Supporting smooth handovers between shifts

* Acting as the go-to person for queries, problem‑solving and on‑shift support

* Working closely with management to maintain high performance levels

Pay, Hours & Benefits

* £33,579 per xjnqpsq annum

* 45 hours per week

* Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm

* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
