Production Supervisor Nights Food Manufacturing Leicester
GBP38,500 + Bonus + Overtime (OTE GBP40,000+)
4 Roles Available Production & Packing
Shift: Sunday Wednesday or Wednesday Saturday 6pm 6am
Well–established food manufacturing site in Leicester recruiting Night Shift Production Supervisors due to continued growth.
Positions Available
• 2x Production
• 2x Packing
Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead production teams on shift
• Deliver production targets and KPIs
• Manage attendance, rotas and performance
• Ensure HSE and food safety compliance
• Complete shift reporting and handovers
• Escalate issues to Engineering/Management
Salary & Benefits

Requirements
• Experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader
• Background in food manufacturing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work nights (12–hour shifts)
Progression available to Shift Manager.
