Description
Mpeople Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, a successful manufacturing company based in Oldham. This is a fantastic full–time, permanent opportunity offering a generous pay package and a chance to join a loyal, well–established team.
What You ll Need:
Proven production experience Supervisor or Team Leader background able to maintain workflow and keep the line running smoothly Experience operating CNC machines Knowledge of lamination machines advantageous Ability to follow production plans and set up the day for the team Strong people management skills Attention to detail spotting areas that need repair or improvement CNC and production experience is essential.
