Production Supervisor / Team Leader (Manufacturing) Sydenham, South East London

32,000– 35,000 Monday–Friday 7:30am–3:30pm No Weekends

Lead a small team. Improve production. Build a product that makes a difference. We're looking for a hands–on Production Supervisor to lead the manufacture of our award–winning Bikehangars.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day behind a desk. You'll be on the shop floor, supporting a team of four, maintaining quality standards and helping us improve how we build our products as the business continues to grow.

What you'll be doing Leading and motivating a team of four production operatives Working alongside the team to build products Planning daily production to meet customer demand Carrying out final quality inspections before products leave the factory Identifying improvements to production processes and build quality Training and supporting new team members Working closely with Operations and Warehouse teams to keep production running smoothly Recording production information using NetSuite (or a similar ERP system) What we're looking for You'll probably have experience as a:

Production Supervisor Production Team Leader Manufacturing Supervisor Assembly Supervisor Workshop Supervisor You'll also have:

Experience working within a manufacturing or assembly environment Previous experience supervising or leading a production team Strong quality control and inspection experience A practical, hands–on approach Good organisational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of Health & Safety within manufacturing It would be great if you also have:
