They are looking for a Production Planner to assist with their increased workload. This role will be responsible for liaising with multiple departments, ensuring timeframes and customer expectations are met.

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer delivery deadlines and internal manufacturing capacityEnsure all products are manufactured and dispatched on time by planning and coordinating production activities effectivelyCollaborate closely with Sales, Design, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure alignment across departmentsReview incoming orders and provide accurate, achievable delivery datesMonitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to support uninterrupted productionIdentify potential production bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to maintain workflow efficiencyGenerate and analyse production reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvementLead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and improving product quality

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience working in a regulated or structured environmentComfort collaborating with technical and administrative teamsA background in process improvementThe ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressureFamiliarity with planning or production systems (ERP or similar) is a bonus
