Recruitment Solutions Workforce (RSW) are currently recruiting Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Port Talbot.

Afternoons & Nights: £14.10 per hour - £12.85 per hour plus a £10 shift allowance per shift, equating to £14.10 per hour.

Days: £12.85 per hour - No shift allowance

What You'll Be Doing:

* Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.

* Assembling and manufacturing components. Using hand tools to assemble and fabricate products. Carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Maintaining an organised and efficient working environment. Working as part of a busy production team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What We're Looking For: Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential.

* Good mechanical aptitude and practical skills.

* Confident using hand tools.

* Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.

* Strong organisational skills and a positive attitude.

Shift Patterns are fixed no rotating

Days

* Monday to Friday

* 6:00am – 2:00pm

* No shift allowance

Afternoons

* Monday to Friday

* 2:00pm – 10:00pm

* 9:00pm finish on Fridays

Nights

* Sunday to Thursday

* 10:00pm – 6:00am

* 11:00pm start on Sundays

40 hours per week paid - All breaks are paid
