Our client is seeking 5 Production Operatives to join their growing team in Hixon.

We're not just looking for people with timber experience, we're looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. If you're reliable, hardworking and want to build a long–term career with a company that values commitment, we want to hear from you.

Whether you've worked in manufacturing, production, warehousing, construction, engineering, or a hands–on role, full training can be provided for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating production machinery and equipmentUsing hand and power tools safely and effectivelyBuilding timber structures from technical drawingsCarrying out quality checks on finished productsWorking as part of a team to achieve daily production targetsMaintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Strong work ethic and positive attitudeReliable and punctualWillingness to learn new skillsAbility to work in a fast–paced environmentPhysically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the dayMust have own transport due to location

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous timber industry experienceProduction, manufacturing or warehouse experienceExperience using hand and power tools
