Production Operative – Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with production experience and a good eye for detail. Previous soldering experience or solder training would be highly beneficial.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Breaks:

* 10-minute paid break at 10:00am

* 30-minute unpaid lunch break

* 10-minute paid break at 3:00pm

Duties will include:

* Building and assembling circuit boards

* Soldering, wiring, and cable preparation

* Testing finished products

* Packing completed items

* Interpreting drawings and specifications to build products accurately

* Following work instructions and processes

* Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail

Requirements:

* Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred

* Soldering experience or solder training is desirable xjnqpsq

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to follow instructions accurately

* Reliable with a positive attitude and good work ethic
