Fish Factory Production Operative

We are recruiting reliable Production Operatives to join our busy fish processing team. This is physically active, fast–paced work on a production line. Previous production experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.

Pay & Hours

Rate: 12.71 per hourShift patterns: Variety of shifts, 8–12 hour shifts, Monday–FridayOvertime may be available depending on operational needs

Key Duties

Working on fast–paced production linesPacking, weighing and labelling finished productsSealing and final product checking for quality and presentationGeneral manual labour tasks to support productionMaintaining cleanliness and adhering to hygiene standards

Environment & Physical Requirements

This role operates in a cold and wet environment typical of fish production. You must dress suitably for these conditions (warm, waterproof layers are recommended). PPE will be provided.The role involves standing for long periods, manual handling and repetitive tasks. A reasonable level of physical fitness is required.
