Production Operative

Description

Our client in Littleborough is looking to recruit a Production Operative to work out of their manufacturing site.

The work will involve:

* Laminating Fibreglass Products

* Applying various substances to a mold

* Attention to detail

* Quality checking

* Manually lifting and moving goods and putting away when finished

* Housekeeping and general production duties as needed.

Working times and pay:

* Monday to Friday

* 08:00-16:30 Mon-Weds, 08:00-17:00 Thurs and 07:00-15:00 Friday

* 40 hours per week paid after breaks

* £12.65 per hour increasing to £12.95 per hour at roughly 6 weeks, £13.45 per hour when perm

* 12 week Temp to perm opportunity.

Skills/Experience Needed:

* Previous Manufacturing/Factory experience needed

* Candidates need to be physically fit and able to do manual handling as well as able to work in a messy environment

* Experience in laminating or with coating substances would be preferred or a background in painting and decorating

* Able to work commute to Littleborough for the advertised shifts

* Attention to detail.
