Pay: 12.21 increasing to 13.20 after 12 weeks

Location: PR9

Shifts: 6am–6pm. 6 days on, 7 days off

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail–oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packing and production process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. This position requires a strong understanding of quality protocols.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production process, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. Conduct regular checks on to identify any quality issues Follow all safety guidelines, to maintain a safe working environment. Measure and mix ingredients accurately, utilising basic maths skills to ensure precise formulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Qualifications

Previous experience in production or a related field is highly desirable. Strong understanding of safety practices Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast–paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
