Companies like Pulpex are vital for delivering affordable, scalable solutions that support a more sustainable future for consumer goods and professional products.

We are now in search for a Production Manager to join the team! This position will report directly to the Site General Manager and sit as a key member of the site senior leadership team.

The Role

Lead, manage, and develop the Production team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost improvements using Lean and CI methodologies Work closely with Supply Chain to balance output, cost, and inventory levels Partner with Engineering to support preventive maintenance, asset care, and equipment strategy Own the operational delivery of new technology and process introductions Act as a senior point of contact for operational issues impacting customers Key Responsibilities

Provide strong EHS leadership, ensuring KPI and regulatory compliance Embed a Right First Time and quality–first culture Develop and track KPIs to drive performance improvement Lead training, capability development, and succession planning within the team Manage performance, attendance, and capability in line with company procedures About You

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment Experience/exposure improving efficiency through Lean / CI tools Confident communicator with strong organisational and problem–solving skills
