Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Machine Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing company in Chard.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Production Machine Operatives, Machine Operatives, Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Factory Operatives, and Machine Operators looking to join a well-established business offering full training, a supportive team environment, and long-term opportunities to develop valuable manufacturing skills.

What We Offer

Monday to Thursday, 6:45am-5pm.

Key Duties

Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain efficient and consistent output.

Safely use hand-held tools and equipment throughout the manufacturing process.

Carry out routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.

Make basic machine adjustments where required and report any faults or maintenance issues.

Work to production schedules and achieve daily output targets.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Follow all company health and safety procedures and manufacturing standards.

Requirements

Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, factory, or machine operating environment is advantageous.

Experience using hand-held tools is beneficial.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious with a strong work ethic.
