Be Personnel are currently recruiting for Fish Processing Operatives to work with our client, a leading producer of high–quality salmon in Lerwick

• A competitive standard starting rate of GBP13.45 per hour and overtime at GBP20.18 per hour

• Monday to Friday or option for 4 days per week 10–hour shifts

As a Fish Processing Operative you will:

• Processing and preparing the salmon products for dispatch

• Clean and gut fresh Salmon

• Keep work areas clear, hygiene and safe at all times

• Work within a fast paced, deadline driven team environment

The ideal Fish Processing Operatives will:

• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment is desirable although not essential where transferable skills apply

• Be able to work within a fast paced environment where attention to detail is key

• Have a degree of physical capability

• Have an excellent work ethic

• Be flexible with regards to approach and working hours
