Description
Job Title: Process Technologist
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £36,000 + Benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Process Technologist to join a highly regarded food manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire.
As Process Technologist, you will play a key role in supporting the development and launch of new and existing products, ensuring that processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with both customer and business expectations.
You will be responsible for following set recipes, ensuring manufacturing processes are adhered to, and supporting the smooth transition of products from kitchen to factory scale-up. This role also involves benchmarking and keeping up to date with food trends to help drive innovation and continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities:

Support NPD and Process Development teams in trialling and launching new products.
*
Follow recipes and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
*
Benchmark products and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
*
Liaise with operations, technical and commercial teams to ensure successful factory trials and product launches.
*
Ensure all process documentation is accurate and compliant with site standards.
About You:

Experience in a Process Technologist or similar role within food manufacturing.
*
Strong understanding of process validation and scale-up.
*
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
*
Passionate about food, innovation, and continuous improvement.
