Description

Kinetic Recruitment Services, in partnership with Bespak Holmes Chapel, is seeking experienced Process & Packaging Operatives to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer on a 12–month fixed–term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward–thinking organisation committed to sustainability and innovation. Bespak is investing significantly in the development of next–generation inhalers using eco–friendly propellants–making a real impact on both patient health and environmental outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a vital role in the manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every stage , whilst on shift you will receive a shift allowance & hand over payment . Tasks include:

Operating automated filling and packaging machinery

Conducting process testing and analysing data

Completing batch documentation and collecting samples

Maintaining GMP standards across all operations

Performing bulk and end–of–line packaging

Carrying out in–process quality checks

Relocating inspected or packed materials

Supporting clean–in–place (CIP) procedures and HSE compliance

What you will need:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English

Strong team player with a proactive, customer–focused approach

Proven ability to meet performance targets in a fast–paced environment

Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential
