Process Improvement Engineer / Production Engineer
Location: Havant Salary: GBP38,500 GBP45,000 + bonus & fantastic benefits
Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Thursday hours are 8am to 4.30pm and Friday hours are 8am to 1pm

The new Process Improvement Engineer Role:
You will play a key part in managing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring materials and resources are in place, and supporting smooth production workflows.
Your day to day will include:
Overseeing billings and materials ensuring production has everything needed (think of it as creating a precise shopping list for manufacturing) Stock control monitoring components, flagging shortages, and coordinating orders Process optimization reviewing current manufacturing workflows and identifying ways to improve efficiency Coordinating with manufacturing teams to ensure schedules are met and products meet quality standards Who We re Looking For:
