Performance Objectives

Planning and prioritising work as allocated by SupervisorEnsuring equipment is programmed, set and operated to achieve specified finishOperating press brake machinery to bend sheet metal according to specifications, ensuring quality and accuracyReporting problems or variations against specWork to strict quality regulationsEnsure that work is conducted according to safe practicesAssist in training other employees.Person Specification

A–C GCSE Level or equivalent in English, MathsExpert using Hot Forming PressTool SettingProven knowledge of Health & Safety requirements relating to Hot Press;Good communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively at all levels within the Company;Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with both immediate team members and other production teams;Desirable

First AidFire MarshalAmada TrainedExperience using Brake PressKnowledge of Inspection & StandardsIT proficiency with the ability to input and retrieve data;Apply
