About the RoleWe are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury fashion boutique located in Sloane Square. They are urgently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Picker & Packer to support in-store operations during a busy period.

Role OverviewThe Picker & Packer will assist with preparing client orders, ensuring all items are accurately selected, beautifully packaged, and dispatched to the highest luxury standards. This role requires efficiency, strong organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick items for customer orders, ensuring correct styles, sizes, and quantities.

Pack orders to luxury presentation standards, including tissue wrapping, boxing, labelling, and preparing shipments.

Maintain a clean, organised packing area to ensure smooth workflow.

Support stock movement, replenishment, and general store organisation as required.

Ensure all orders are completed promptly while upholding the client's brand quality.

Communicate with the store team to resolve any order discrepancies or stock issues.

Requirements

Previous experience in picking/packing, retail operations, or stockroom work (luxury experience advantageous but not essential).

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time pressure.

Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Fast learner able to follow processes accurately.

Professional, reliable, and able to start immediately.

Availability

Must be available for an immediate start on a temporary basis
