Location: Steventon – Basingstoke
Reports To: Production Lead
Hourly Rate: GBP13ph

If you enjoy working as a PCB Assembler in a clean, modern environment with high–spec equipment, and want to be involved in producing electronics for exciting sectors such as defence, space, and motorsport this is the opportunity for you.
PCB Assembler Role
Soldering a wide range of PTH components to IPC or J–STD standards (Class 2 & 3)Using X–Ray inspection equipment to check solder jointsAssembling simple cables, small mechanical builds, and enclosuresProgramming and operating selective soldering and wave soldering machinesFollowing build instructions and manufacturing drawings accuratelyUsing the companys computer–based system to record production notes and log timeReporting quality issues and working closely with the quality manager to maintain standardsExperience of the PCB Assembler
Desirable Experience soldering to IPC or J–STD standardsEssential Comfortable with a mix of manual assembly and operating soldering equipmentEssential Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to qualityEssential Ability to read and follow technical drawings and production documentationDesirable Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics environmentPCB Assembler Pay
