Join a market-leading specialist manufacturer providing essential build, maintenance, and support services to a UK-wide customer base. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Act as a central point of contact for customers, internal departments, third-party suppliers, and mobile workshop engineers.

Set up and maintain vehicle build folders, tracking progress through production, IVA inspections, and final handover.

Log incoming service requests, coordinate mobile engineers, and arrange travel logistics (hotels, transport) as required.

Handle general operational administration, including inputting engineer timesheets, updating CRM/Excel records, and issuing customer invoices.

Deal with live queries and breakdown requests, keeping customers updated and problem-solving alongside the Service Manager.

What We're Looking For

Communication & Personality: A confident, personable communicator who thrives in a close-knit, down-to-earth team and enjoys talking to engineers and customers alike.

Proactive & Organized: Highly organized with basic IT skills (Excel/Outlook) and the ability to multitask in a varied, fast-paced environment.

Relevant Interest or Background: Previous administrative experience with a genuine interest (or background) in automotive, engineering, or manufacturing. Supervisory switchers from hospitality, retail, or logistics are also encouraged to apply.
