This is an exciting opportunity for the successful Panel Beaters to work with a long-established, prestige automotive retailer based on the outskirts of Doncaster, due to the company experiencing a period of organic growth they are looking to add to the existing team where duties will include:

* To ensure all repairs are documented to meet with customer repair standards, company policy, and quality standards

* Carry out panel repairs, panel replacements and carbon repairs to all vehicles following work instructions

* Carry out paintless dent removal

* Carry out warranty repairs in accordance with BMW warranty policy and procedures.

* To utilise all materials in accordance with the suppliers’ guidelines

* To ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and with minimum cost of time and materials, to meet the current customer repair standards.

* To learn new methods and techniques as required and put into practice. xjnqpsq

* Have ownership of vehicle and take responsibility of any repairs undertaken

* To carry QC checks on other team members if required

* To be flexible on a day-to-day basis of actual duties required for the day

* Other tasks as directed by the management team

* Comply with appropriate working time legislation

* To maintain a clean and tidy working environment

* To undergo any training required

* To ensure all systems for recording time are adhered to on each repair

* Any other incidental duties required to provide service to the customer within your capabilities

It is expected that the successful Panel Beaters will have experience of working in a panel besting role or similar, working in a automotive body-shop or similar environment, have a strong understanding of all panel beating technique with, intermediate knowledge, be confident in managing multiple priorities whilst working with accuracy and with own initiative.
