Paint Sprayer – Gosfield, Essex – 19 p/h (DOE) – Full time (days) – Temp – Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well–established engineering and manufacturing company based in the Gosfield area. This is a permanent, full–time opportunity offering long–term stability and strong earning potential.

The Role

You will be responsible for the preparation and spraying of engineered metal products and vehicle–related components. The work is varied and hands–on, focusing on quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, masking, sanding, priming)Spraying components using airless and conventional spray equipmentApplying primers, base coats and topcoats to a high–quality finishWorking with steel, fabricated assemblies, and vehicle–related structuresInspecting finished work to ensure quality standards are metMaintaining spray equipment and keeping work areas clean and compliantWorking from drawings and job specifications where requiredCandidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in an engineering, automotive, or manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of paint preparation and application techniquesHigh attention to detail and pride in workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and committed to qualityWhat's On Offer
