Morning shift
Monday 05:30 - 14:30
Tuesday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30
Friday 06:00 - 11:00
£14.80 PER HOUR (up to £15.56 after 6 monthsAfternoon shift
Monday 14:00- 23:00
Tuesday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:30
Friday 10:45 - 15:45
£17.76 PER HOUR (up to £178.67 after 6 months)
Night Shift
Monday 21:15 - 06:30
Tuesday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:30
Friday 17:30 - 22:30
£18.79 PER HOUR (up to £19.76 after 6 months)Responsibilities:
Cover Powder coat process when required
Painting of all parts to high standards (on a moving line, speed 13ft per minute).
Change equipment as per standardised work requirements.
Rework rejected parts to high Quality standards.
Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and stored within H&S requirements.
Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy and safe working practices.
Adhere to company's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence,Teamwork.
Requirements:
Familiarity with the functionality of spray systems.
Knowledge of different paint types.
Knowledge of MSDS and COSSH systems.
Ability to change equipment e.g. tips and filters.
The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions/procedures.
Ability to work well with a team environment and possess a flexible attitude.
You will possess effective communication skills to communicate with various levels of the organisation.
Willing to undertake training/learning as required.
