In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of products and components for paint, ensuring surfaces meet the highest quality standards before entering the finishing process. Your work will play a vital role in delivering high–quality finished products.

What You'll Be DoingAs a Paint Prepper, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing components and products for painting, including sanding, filling, masking, cleaning, and degreasingInspecting surfaces and identifying defects requiring rectification prior to paint applicationCarrying out surface preparation to ensure components meet quality standardsUsing hand and power tools to achieve the required finishMasking and protecting components prior to the painting processSupporting Paint Technicians and Spray Painters with the preparation of parts and materialsMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environmentFollowing all health and safety procedures and company standardsWorking to production schedules while maintaining excellent attention to detail and qualityWhat We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you'll have:
