We are currently recruiting for a Packaging Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a full-time role offering an excellent opportunity to join a growing team. The position is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for successful candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble packaging components and package products in line with SOPs.

Print, check and apply product, regulatory, and safety labels accurately.

Carry out quality checks, identify defects and report any issues.

Follow work instructions and complete production paperwork accurately.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping, PPE compliance, and workplace safety.

Clean and sanitise equipment and support routine equipment checks where required.

Work as part of a team to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or packaging environment is desirable.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and undertaking manual handling duties where required.What's On Offer
