iSQ Recruitment is working with a fast–paced food manufacturer near Bury St Edmunds to recruit a Packer with Counterbalance Forklift License. This role involves working within a small team, so strong communication skills, reliability, and a team–focused approach are key.

This is a great opportunity for someone with production, manufacturing or warehouse experience who is looking for a secure, full time, and varied position. A valid counterbalance forklift license is essential for this role.

Work within a busy, high–volume production environment. Supportive and experienced operations team. Key Responsibilities Packing flour into 16kg, 25kg and 1–tonne tote bags. Loading lorries using a counterbalance forklift. Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Completing food safety checks and production paperwork. Performing magnet and metal detector checks. Conducting tool checks. Shrink wrapping finished products ready for dispatch. Supporting with general mill duties and cleaning during quieter periods. Essential Criteria Valid counterbalance forklift license. Full UK driving license & own transport. Good level of English (written and verbal). Strong attention to detail.
