Description
Thrive Personnel Ltd are looking for a detail–oriented and experienced Order Processor to join our client a leading woodwork manufacturing business in Leeds.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales order processing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast–paced environment. You'll be the primary point of contact for order–related inquiries, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction from order placement to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using bespoke industry software.
Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
Communicate with customers to clarify order requirements, resolve issues, and provide updates on order status.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of all orders, changes, and communications.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to orders in a professional and timely manner.
Generate reports on order processing activities and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales order processing, preferably in the wooden interiors or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of using bespoke industry software packages for order management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
