This is your chance to play a key role in a fast–paced sales environment, supporting the manufacturing and production of high–quality sealed unit products.

Location: Witham, Essex (Office–based)

Hours: Monday to Friday – with an early Friday finish!

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Competitive + performance–related bonuses

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing Enquiries: Keep the estimating inbox running smoothly and respond promptly to all incoming requests.Creating Quotations: Use internal software to produce accurate, competitive quotes for sealed unit products.Customer Support: Provide clear, professional responses to technical queries and offer practical solutions.CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate regular reports for the sales team.Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure quotes are feasible and aligned with capabilities.Follow–Ups: Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes to convert them into confirmed orders.Process Improvement: Share ideas to enhance estimating processes and improve data accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

A customer–focused mindset with strong communication skillsExperience in estimating, quoting, or a similar technical support roleOrganised, detail–oriented, and confident using CRM or estimating softwareA team player who enjoys working in a fast–paced environment
