MET are currently looking for a Order Picker with ideal interest in social media based in the Cradley Heath area

Full-Time approx 38 hours

The company pride themselves on providing quality screws, fixings, fasteners and hardware solutions to their customers, and have done for 40 years

They’re looking to add a passionate and driven Order Picker warehouse person to help the company streamline operations and enhance growing online presence. The right candidate would ideally not be camera shy as opportunities in social media and other areas will arise for the right candidate.

Role Overview

As an Order Picker you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations while also contributing to our social media strategy. This unique position combines hands-on warehouse role with potential social media input.

We are looking for an ambitious, hard working person, who's trustworthy, polite and willing to learn and get on with people and work well within their small team.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking:

- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment,

- Maintain organisation and cleanliness in the warehouse.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order despatches.

- Track inventory and report any discrepancies, and put away incoming stock.

Potential Social Media involvement

- Help create engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

- Monitor social media channels for new ideas within our trade.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and promotions.

Qualifications

- Experience in order picking/warehouse operations is a plus.

- Interest in social media marketing and content.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. xjnqpsq

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
