Hays are recruiting a permanent Operations Support Agent for an established and rapidly growing organisation based in Radcliffe.

Your new role

As an Operations Support Agent, you will play a key role in supporting the day–to–day coordination of operational activities and external service partners. Acting as a central point of contact, you will build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring service levels are achieved, and operational performance remains high.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast–paced environment. You will be a confident communicator who can build effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a busy customer service role.
