Your New Role
As Office Manager, you will be at the heart of the organisation, managing day–to–day office activities and supporting staff to maintain an efficient and professional environment. You'll coordinate across departments, handle key operational tasks, and act as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organised, efficient environmentSupervise and support administrative staff, allocating tasks and monitoring performanceAssist with HR duties, including onboarding, personnel records, and training coordinationSupport finance functions using Sage 200, including invoicing and reportingPrepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for managementImplement and improve office systems and workflows to drive efficiencyLiaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support operationsEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresWhat You'll Need to Succeed

Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative roleStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience supervising or managing a small teamProficiency with office systems and, ideally, Sage 200A problem–solving mindset and ability to work independentlyProfessionalism and a positive approach to fostering a great office cultureWhat You'll Get in Return
