Description
Job Title: Night Shift Production Operative
Location: Devizes, Wiltshire
Duration: Full–time Temporary ongoing.
Pay Rate: 15.14 per hour + shift allowance
Hours: Night shifts – Sunday to Thursday
Our client, Cross Manufacturing are currently recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join their team. These are temporary ongoing roles with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Cross are world leaders in the manufacture of aerospace seals, piston rings, and precision components used in high–performance engines and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and fault find if requiredLoad and unload components with precisionPerform detailed visual inspectionsWork as part of a team and independentlyMaintain focus during long periods of standing or repetitive tasksRequirements:
Previous production or manufacturing experience (hands–on/manual work preferred)High attention to detail and dexterityReliable, punctual, and safety–consciousAble to commit to night shift hours:Working hours
Sunday: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Please note– Training must be done during double day shift hours.
