Job Title: Multi Skilled Operator (Fixed-Term)

Salary: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Role Type: Fixed-Term Contract (3 months) | 47.5 Hours per Week

Location: Skemersdale

We’re looking for experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Operators to join our expanding quarry and waste operations team. If you enjoy outdoor work, operating heavy machinery, and being part of a hardworking team that keeps operations moving safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating Dozers and Excavators safely and efficiently

Managing stockpiles and material movement across site

Supporting daily production targets and operational activities

Carrying out daily machine inspections and reporting defects

Maintaining high Health & Safety standards at all times

Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe

Supporting wider site operations where required

Depending on site requirements, you may also operate:

Dumpers

Rollers

Who We’re Looking For:

Experienced operators with proven Dozer and Excavator experience

Relevant plant tickets and certifications

Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures

Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude

Team players who can also work independently when needed

Desirable Experience:

360 excavator

Dumper and/or Roller operation

Experience within quarry, waste, recycling, aggregates or similar heavy industrial environments
