Orion is partnered with a fast–paced manufacturing company who are recruiting for a confident electrically bias Multi–Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team

Applicants must have long term right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship

Location: Tamworth

Salary: GBP40,000 – GBP42,000 DOE Unlimited over time paid at time and a half on Saturdays and double time on Sundays.

Double Day shifts:

Week 1 Mon–Thurs 6:00–13.30 Friday 06 30

Week 2 Mon Thurs 13 30 & Friday 12 00

Applicants must be electrically biased and have a UK qualification.

Multi–Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties:

Reactive machinery maintenance in fast paced manufacturing environmentFault finding on PLC sMaintain automated machineryFault diagnosis on PCB boards and electrical panelsWorking with sensors, inverters, relays, motors, gear boxes etc TroubleshootingContinuous improvementTests malfunctioning machineryDiagnose and replace faulty electrical or electronic components such as relays, switches, and motors.Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machinery and equipment.Multi–Skilled Maintenance Engineer Experience:

City and guilds or NVQ in electrical engineeringProven working history in a fast paced manufacturing environmentExperience working in a automated environmentExperience working with electrical panels and PCB boardsPLC knowledge being able to read input output and fault find
