Do you have experience in fabrication finishing, fettling or assembly and have supervised a team?
We are looking for an experienced Metal Finisher and Assembly leader, to work with a fabrication company within Nottinghamshire.
What you'll be doing:
Working within and supervising a teamGrinding, deburring, metal finishing, aswell as fettling.Assembly operations, quality controlWorking with new staff members and trainingTeam support, production targets and working with higher management.Skills Experience
Previous team leading experienceExperience hands-on within fabricationAble to work within a team and manage a team
