Mechanical Design Engineer
Salary: GBP40,000 – GBP50,000 DOE per annum
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Orion Electrotech are working with a well–established manufacturing company based in Stroud, Gloucestershire. And we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer who has experience working with Inventor 3D.
Mechanical Design Engineer Responsibilities:
Design of aircraft refuelling vehicles and equipment Creation of engineering proposalsCreation of tender documentation BOM creation 2D & 3D CAD design using Inventor Stake holder managementClient liaison Cradle to grave project management
Mechanical Design Engineer Required Experience:
Minimum of HNC/HND in Mechanical EngineeringProven experience in a design role in a fast–paced manufacturing companyExperience in AutoCAD, Inventor& Autodesk VaultUnderstanding of sheet metal, fabrication GD&T and fluid dynamicsUnderstanding and experience designing pneumatics and hydraulics Experience creating BOM and component selection
