Description

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for food innovation and project delivery?

We’re partnering with a leading food and drink manufacturer that’s looking to expand its product development team with a capable and collaborative Marketing Coordinator - NPD.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving new products from concept to shelf across a diverse and growing portfolio, in both local and global markets.

As Marketing Coordinator - NPD, you’ll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives and product changes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and R&D — as well as external partners including suppliers, co-packers, agencies, and regulators. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the product pipeline, delivering projects on time and within budget, and ensuring all packaging and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver product development and rollout projects within an approved pipeline

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution

Support marketing initiatives with label and packaging development

Track and report on project progress, flagging risks and resolving issues

Ensure all work complies with regulatory and technical standards

Recommend improvements to the development process based on industry trends and insights

What We're Looking For

A degree (ideally in Marketing or a technical discipline)

2+ years of experience in project management, marketing, procurement, or product development within the food & drink industry

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised approach

Collaborative mindset with excellent written communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, then I’d love to speak to you!
