Join our great manufacturing client who are looking to add a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor to join their team.

Our client has already engaged in the delivery of a wide range of high–profile projects and on the back of this they have been recently awarded another major contract and thus are looking to add a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor on a permanent position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client that specialise in advanced metal manufacturing and core manufacturing processes.

DUTIES INCLUDED for the role Manufacturing Shift Supervisor :

Responsibility for the management of the department and consumables.Responsible for the delivery of operational plan and highlight improvements.To uphold the Company Policy with regards to Health, Safety, and the Environment within the facility.To fully support the company business objectives.To support and develop personnel within the department.Fully support audits, track the teams and processes to ensure continuous compliance and drive leading indicators to improve EHS and Quality.

KEEN to hear from Manufacturing Shift Supervisor's with experience in :

Heavy manufacturing environment – Foundry /Steelworks.First Aid trained /IOSH Managing Safety.Shift Manning– daily maintenance issues, general information updates.Inventory stock reporting.Weekly planning meetings, monitor daily hours, weekly projections, weekly reports.Manage inventories of consumables Daily reporting – email updates, maintenance issues.

THE OFFER for the role of Manufacturing Shift Supervisor :

Salary DOE 40,000 – 45,000 Per Annum.Extensive Career Development /Training.15% total Pension Scheme.Bonus / Health Schemes/Health SupportService Benefit.
